Ingredients for - Russian Chili

1. Ground beef - 2 pounds
2. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
3. Onions, chopped - 2
4. Green bell pepper, chopped - 1
5. Celery, chopped - 2 stalks
6. Flat beer - 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle
7. Water - 1 cup
8. Chili powder - 2 tablespoons
9. Salt and pepper to taste - 2 tablespoons
10. Dried parsley - ½ teaspoon
11. Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
12. Tomato paste - 1 (6 ounce) can
13. Kidney beans - 1 (15 ounce) can
14. Sour cream - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Russian Chili

1. Stage

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef until brown. Drain and let cool. Rinse with water. Drain.

2. Stage

In a large pot over medium heat, cook onion, bell pepper and celery in oil until just tender. Stir in ground beef, beer, water, chili powder, salt, pepper, parsley and cumin. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes.

3. Stage

Stir in tomato paste and cook 10 minutes more.

4. Stage

Stir in kidney beans and heat through. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
