Ingredients for - Healthy Cooked Spinach and Mushrooms

1. Olive oil - ½ tablespoon
2. Sliced fresh mushrooms - 2 cups
3. Sliced cremini or button mushrooms - 2 cups
4. Spanish onion, thinly sliced - 1 small
5. Garlic, diced - 3 cloves
6. Fresh spinach, rinsed and patted dry - 5 cups
7. Lemon, cut in half - 1 medium
8. Salt, or to taste - ½ teaspoon
9. Ground white pepper, or to taste - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Healthy Cooked Spinach and Mushrooms

1. Stage

Heat oil in a large 10- to 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and onion; cook and stir until soft, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes; do not let burn.

2. Stage

Add spinach and cook and stir until it completely shrinks down, 3 to 4 minutes. Squeeze in juice of lemon and add salt and pepper. Cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
