Ingredients for - Slow Cooker Meat and Potato Soup

1. Butter, or as needed - 1 tablespoon
2. Ground beef - 1 ½ pounds
3. Garlic, minced - 1 large clove
4. Dried thyme - ½ teaspoon
5. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
6. Potatoes, peeled and sliced - 6 medium
7. Onions, sliced - 2 large
8. Condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
9. Water - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Meat and Potato Soup

1. Stage

Butter a slow cooker.

2. Stage

Cook and stir ground beef and garlic in a skillet over medium-high heat until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Stir in thyme and pepper. Remove from heat.

3. Stage

Place 1/2 of the potatoes and onions into the prepared slow cooker. Add browned beef and top with remaining potatoes and onion. Mix mushroom soup with water and spread over top.

4. Stage

Cover and cook on High, 3 to 4 hours, or Low, 8 to 10 hours.
