2. Balsamic Vinegar - 3 tablespoons
3. Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
4. Fresh lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
5. Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoon
6. Dried tarragon - ½ teaspoon
7. Dried rosemary, crushed - ½ teaspoon
8. Garlic powder - ½ teaspoon
9. White pepper - ½ teaspoon
10. Salt - 1 pinch
11. Flat iron steak - 1 ½ pounds

How to cook deliciously - Marinated Flat Iron Steak

1. Stage

Whisk together the honey, vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, tarragon, rosemary, garlic powder, white pepper, and salt. Pour into a resealable plastic bag and add the flat iron steak. Squeeze out excess air, seal, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 6 hours.

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil grate.
