7. Lean ground beef - 2 ½ pounds
8. Worcestershire sauce - ¼ cup
9. Garlic powder, or to taste - 1 pinch
10. Beef bouillon cubes - 2
11. Light beer (such as Coors®) - 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle
12. Crushed San Marzano tomatoes - 1 (28 ounce) can
13. Fire-roasted diced tomatoes - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
14. Tomato paste - 1 (12 ounce) can
15. White wine - ½ cup
16. Chili powder - 2 tablespoons
17. Ground cumin - 2 tablespoons
18. Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
19. Chipotle pepper sauce - 1 tablespoon
20. Dried basil - 2 ½ teaspoons
21. Smoked paprika - 1 ½ teaspoons
22. Salt - 1 teaspoon
23. Dried oregano - ½ teaspoon
24. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
25. Dark red kidney beans (such as Bush's®) - 2 (16 ounce) cans
26. Sour cream - 1 cup

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat; cook and stir onion, bell pepper, Anaheim pepper, jalapeno peppers, and garlic in the hot oil until softened. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios

Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios

Add Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Crumble bouillon cubes over beef and add beer. Continue to cook , scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet, until liquid is hot, about 3 minutes. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios
