3. Black beans, drained and rinsed 1 (15 ounce) can
4. Avocado, peeled and sliced 1
5. Salsa ¼ cup
6. Salt and ground black pepper to taste ¼ cup

1 . Stage

Heat olive oil in a small pan over medium heat. Cook and stir eggs until eggs are set, 3 to 5 minutes.
