1. Eggs, beaten - 2
2. BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream - ½ cup
3. Whole milk - ½ cup
4. Onion Powder - ½ teaspoon
5. Chipotle chile pepper powder - ½ teaspoon
6. ORE-IDA® Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes, thawed - 4 ½ cups
7. Whole kernel corn, drained - 1 (14.75 ounce) can
8. Cream-style corn - 1 (14.75 ounce) can
9. KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese - 1 cup
10. Chopped red bell peppers - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - ORE-IDA Sweet Heat Corn Casserole

1. Stage

Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Stage

Mix eggs, sour cream, milk, onion powder and chipotle chile powder in large bowl until blended. Add hash brown potatoes, whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, shredded Cheddar cheese, and chopped peppers; mix well.

3. Stage

Spoon into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake 40 to 45 min. or until potato mixture is heated through and top is golden brown.
