4. Onion Powder ½ teaspoon
5. Chipotle chile pepper powder ½ teaspoon
6. ORE-IDA® Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes, thawed 4 ½ cups
7. Whole kernel corn, drained 1 (14.75 ounce) can
8. Cream-style corn 1 (14.75 ounce) can
9. KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1 cup
10. Chopped red bell peppers ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - ORE-IDA Sweet Heat Corn Casserole

1 . Stage

Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

2 . Stage

Mix eggs, sour cream, milk, onion powder and chipotle chile powder in large bowl until blended. Add hash brown potatoes, whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, shredded Cheddar cheese, and chopped peppers; mix well.

3 . Stage

Spoon into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

4 . Stage

Bake 40 to 45 min. or until potato mixture is heated through and top is golden brown.
