3. Evaporated milk - 1 (12 fluid ounce) can
4. White sugar - ¾ cup
5. Baking mix (such as Bisquick ®) - ½ cup
6. Maple syrup - ½ cup
7. Eggs, beaten - 2
8. Butter, melted - 2 tablespoons
9. Pumpkin pie spice - 2 ½ teaspoons
10. Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons

1. Stage

Coat the bowl of a slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.

Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, baking mix, maple syrup, eggs, butter, and pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl. Transfer to the prepared slow cooker.
