Ingredients for - Pepperoni Penne

1. Penne pasta - 1 (16 ounce) package
2. Sliced pepperoni sausage - ¾ pound
3. Minced shallots - 2 tablespoons
4. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
5. Medium tomato - peeled, seeded and chopped - 4
6. Heavy whipping cream - 1 cup
7. Chopped fresh parsley - ¼ cup
8. Grated Parmesan cheese - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Pepperoni Penne

1. Stage

Cook penne according to the package directions.

2. Stage

In a large skillet, sauté pepperoni until crispy, 5 to 8 minutes. Drain all but 1 tablespoon grease.

3. Stage

Add shallot and garlic to grease in the skillet. Cook until translucent. Stir in tomatoes and simmer for about 3 minutes.

4. Stage

Stir in cream and cook until reduced, about 8 minutes. Add parsley and remove from heat.

5. Stage

Add pasta and toss. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
