1. Yellow corn tortilla chips 3 ounces
2. Olive oil 2 teaspoons
3. Ground beef vegetarian substitute (such as MorningStar®) ¼ (12 ounce) package
4. Water 2 tablespoons
5. Hot taco seasoning mix 1 ½ teaspoons
6. Black beans, rinsed and drained ½ cup
7. Shredded mild Cheddar cheese ⅔ cup
8. Shredded lettuce, or to taste ½ cup
9. Purchased salsa ¼ cup
10. Purchased guacamole 3 tablespoons
11. Sliced jalapeno peppers, or to taste 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Vegetarian Nachos Supreme for Two

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef substitute and fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in water and taco seasoning. Continue to cook and stir until cooked through, about 8 more minutes.

3 . Stage

Place tortilla chips on an oven-safe plate and top with black beans. Add fried beef substitute and top with Cheddar cheese.

4 . Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes; make sure the chips do not burn.

Remove from the oven and top with lettuce, salsa, guacamole, and jalapeno peppers.
