Ingredients for - Great Twice Baked Potatoes

1. Olive oil ¼ cup
2. Salt and pepper to taste ¼ cup
3. Baking potatoes 6
4. Shredded Cheddar cheese ½ cup
5. Egg, beaten 1
6. Butter ¼ cup
7. Sliced green onions, divided 1 cup
8. Milk ½ cup
9. Paprika to taste ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Great Twice Baked Potatoes

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2 . Stage

In a small bowl combine oil, salt, and pepper. Rub potato skins with oil mixture.

3 . Stage

Bake potatoes (do not wrap in foil) in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until soft.

4 . Stage

Remove potatoes from the oven and slice skin off of tops. Scoop flesh into a large bowl, reserving intact skins. Add cheese, egg, butter, and 1/2 of the green onions to potatoes. Mash potatoes while gradually adding milk. Spoon mixture into reserved skins and top with remaining onions and paprika.

5 . Stage

Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
