2. Green bell pepper, chopped - 1 medium
3. Onion, chopped - 1 small
4. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
5. Vegetarian burger crumbles - 2 (12 ounce) packages
6. Pinto beans, rinsed and drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
7. Water - ¼ cup
8. Reduced-sodium taco seasoning mix - 1 (1.25 ounce) package
9. Corn tortillas, warmed - 8 (6 inch)

How to cook deliciously - Meatless Tacos

1. Stage

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic; saute until tender, about 5 minutes. Add crumbles, pinto beans, water, and taco seasoning. Mix and cook until water evaporates and mixture is heated through, about 10 minutes. Serve in tortillas.
