How to cook deliciously - Lingonberry compote
1. Stage
In a clean 3-liter jar, put washed sorted lingonberries, pour boiling water to the shoulders. Let stand for 15 to 20 minutes.
2. Stage
Pour the infused water into a pan without berries, bring to a boil, add sugar, and again bring to a boil. Pour the syrup over the berries in a jar.
3. Stage
Roll up the jar. Can be done without sterilization.
