2. Shelled, cooked edamame - 1 cup
3. Frozen sweet corn kernels, thawed - 1 cup
4. Green onions, sliced - 4
5. Fresh lime juice - 2 tablespoons
6. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
7. Chopped fresh cilantro - 1 tablespoon
8. Garlic, minced, or to taste - 2 cloves
9. Coarse sea salt to taste (Optional) - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Edamame and Corn Salad

1. Stage

Mix tomatoes, edamame, corn, green onions, lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, and garlic together in a bowl. Season with sea salt.
