1. Yellow onion, chopped - 1
2. White onion, chopped - ½
3. Garlic, sliced - 5 cloves
4. Chicken Drumsticks - 16
5. Chopped fresh cilantro - 3 tablespoons
6. Dried oregano - 2 teaspoons
7. Ground cumin - 2 teaspoons
8. Ground thyme - 2 teaspoons
9. Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
10. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon
11. Lemons - 2 large

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Chicken Drumsticks

1. Stage

Mix yellow onion, white onion, and garlic together in a bowl.

Season chicken drumsticks with cilantro, oregano, cumin, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place chicken into the bowl with onion mixture. Squeeze lemon juice over the chicken, slice the rinds, and place into the same bowl. Cover and let sit in a refrigerator, 20 to 24 hours.

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
