1. Cooked brown rice - 3 ½ cups
2. Eggs, beaten - 6
3. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 4 cups
4. Sliced fresh mushrooms - 2 ½ cups
5. Chopped raw walnuts - 1 ½ cups
6. Finely chopped onion - ¾ cup
7. Tamari - 1 ½ tablespoons
8. Garlic powder - 1 ½ teaspoons

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Combine cooked rice, beaten eggs, Cheddar cheese, mushrooms, walnuts, onion, tamari, and garlic powder in a large bowl and mix well. Pour into a 9x13-inch baking pan.
