Ingredients for - Hamburger Muffins

1. Butter, softened - 3 tablespoons
2. White bread - 12 slices
3. Ground beef - 1 ¼ pounds
4. Egg - 1
5. Onion, chopped - 1 small
6. Condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
7. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
8. Shredded Cheddar cheese - ¾ cup

How to cook deliciously - Hamburger Muffins

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter one side of each slice of bread, and press each slice butter-side down into the cups of a muffin tin.

2. Stage

In a medium bowl, mix together ground beef, egg, onion, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and pepper until well blended. Fill each bread cup with mixture. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over the tops.

Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until meat is cooked through.
