Ingredients for - Broccoli Cheese Bake

1. Fresh broccoli - 8 cups
2. Butter - ½ cup
3. All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
4. Onion, chopped - 1 small
5. Milk - 1 ¼ cups
6. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 ¼ cups
7. Shredded Swiss cheese - 4 cups
8. Eggs, beaten - 2 large

How to cook deliciously - Broccoli Cheese Bake

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

2. Stage

Place broccoli in a steamer over 1 inch boiling water; cover. Cook until tender but still firm, 2 to 6 minutes. Drain.

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add flour; cook and stir until bubbly. Stir in onion, then milk. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat; season with salt and pepper.

Mix in cheese and eggs until cheese is melted. Add broccoli and stir until combined. Transfer mixture to a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
