2. Ground turkey thigh meat - 2 pounds
3. Onion, chopped - 1
4. Garlic, pressed - 3 cloves
5. Garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
6. Diced tomatoes - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
7. Curry powder - 2 tablespoons
8. Bottled sweet chili sauce - ½ cup
9. Coconut milk - ½ cup
10. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ½ cup
11. Red pepper flakes (Optional) - 1 teaspoon

1. Stage

Heat the sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook the turkey with onion and garlic in the oil until the meat is no longer pink, 10 to 15 minutes. Chop the meat up into crumbles as it cooks.
