1. Sesame oil - ½ tablespoon
2. Onion, diced - 1
3. Cooked, cubed chicken meat - 1 ½ pounds
4. Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
5. Carrots, diced - 2 large
6. Celery, diced - 2 stalks
7. Red bell pepper, diced - 1 large
8. Fresh pea pods, halved - ¾ cup
9. Green bell pepper, diced - ½ large
10. Cooked white rice - 6 cups
11. Eggs, scrambled - 2 large
12. Soy sauce - ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Chinese Chicken Fried Rice

1. Stage

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until soft. Add cooked chicken and 2 tablespoons soy sauce; stir-fry for 5 to 6 minutes.

2. Stage

Stir in carrots, celery, red bell pepper, pea pods, and green bell pepper; stir-fry for 5 minutes. Mix in cooked rice until thoroughly combined.

Stir in scrambled eggs and 1/3 cup soy sauce; cook until heated through and serve hot.
