Ingredients for - Cauliflower Fried Rice

1. Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Garlic, crushed - 1 large clove
3. Grated fresh ginger - ½ teaspoon
4. Green Giant® Riced Cauliflower Medley - 1 (12 ounce) package
5. Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
6. Egg, lightly beaten and scrambled - 1

How to cook deliciously - Cauliflower Fried Rice

1. Stage

Heat vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet and cook garlic and ginger over medium heat 1 minute.

2. Stage

Add Green Giant Riced® Cauliflower Medley and cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently, or until vegetables are until tender-crisp.

3. Stage

Stir in soy sauce and cook 1 minute.

4. Stage

Stir in cooked egg and continue cooking 1 minute or until heated through.
