Ingredients for - Yellow Squash

1. Bacon - 2 slices
2. Yellow squash, thinly sliced - 2 medium
3. Onion, thinly sliced - ½ medium
4. Jalapeno pepper, chopped (Optional) - 1
5. Soy sauce - 1 dash
6. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 dash

How to cook deliciously - Yellow Squash

1. Stage

Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels, reserving bacon drippings in the skillet.

2. Stage

Add squash, onion, and jalapeño to the skillet. Fry until tender, but still firm, frequently stirring. Crumble bacon into the skillet; season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir to blend in seasonings, and serve.
