1. Worcestershire sauce - ¾ cup
2. Soy sauce - ¾ cup
3. Smoked paprika, or to taste - 1 tablespoon
4. Honey, or more to taste - 1 tablespoon
5. Freshly ground black pepper - 2 teaspoons
6. Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
7. Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
8. Onion Powder - 1 teaspoon
9. Beef top round, thinly sliced - 2 pounds

1. Stage

Whisk together Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, smoked paprika, honey, black pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees F (80 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
