1. Stage
Roll out the dough slightly, spread with unripe room temperature cheese and sprinkle with garlic powder. You can use cheese with garlic flavoring, then you don't need the powder. If you don't like garlic, you can do without it.

Peel the sprat, cut it in half. Cut the dough into pieces the size of the sprat. Place half a sprat on each piece of dough.
3. Stage
Twist each piece in a spiral, the number of turns depends on the size of the sprats and, accordingly, pieces of dough. Place on a baking tray. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 180° for about 15 minutes.
