How to cook deliciously - Tender cutlets with cottage cheese
1. Stage
Add eggs, seasoning, herbs, onion and carrot chopped in a blender, salt to the mince. Knead the stuffing well for about 5 minutes. Cover and leave for 1 hour to infuse with seasoning.

Pour breadcrumbs in warm water for 10 minutes. Mix with the cottage cheese. The cottage cheese should be soft, without grains, not sour. I have homemade. We add it to the stuffing. Knead well again.

Shape cutlets.

Place the cutlets on a baking tray greased with vegetable oil, or just on a silicone mat. Bake in the oven at 180*C until tender, about 20-25 minutes.
