3. Lemon juice - ⅛ cup
4. Vegan mayonnaise (such as Vegenaise®) - 3 tablespoons
5. Unsweetened coconut flakes - 2 tablespoons
6. Chopped pistachios - 2 tablespoons
7. Garlic, pressed - 1 clove
8. Chopped fresh dill - 1 teaspoon
9. Sea salt - ⅛ teaspoon

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook rotini at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain.
