2. Fennel, cored and finely chopped - 1 bulb
3. Scallions, sliced - 3 stalks
4. Lemon juice - ¼ cup
5. Olive oil - ¼ cup
6. Chopped fresh dill - 2 tablespoons
7. Honey - ½ teaspoon
8. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
9. Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
10. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
