2. Fennel, cored and finely chopped 1 bulb
3. Scallions, sliced 3 stalks
4. Lemon juice ¼ cup
5. Olive oil ¼ cup
6. Chopped fresh dill 2 tablespoons
7. Honey ½ teaspoon
8. Salt ¼ teaspoon
9. Pepper ¼ teaspoon
10. Garlic, minced 1 clove
