1. Irish cream liqueur (such as Bailey's®) - 1 ounce
2. Milk - 1 ounce
3. Coffee-flavored liqueur (such as Kahlua®) - ½ (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger
4. Vodka - ½ (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger
5. Gingerbread-flavored syrup (such as Monin®) - ½ (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger
6. Ice, or as needed - ¼ cup

1. Stage

Combine Irish cream liqueur, milk, coffee-flavored liqueur, vodka, and gingerbread flavored syrup in a cocktail mixer. Fill with ice, cover, and shake vigorously until combined. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
