2. Ketchup - ½ cup
3. Packed brown sugar - ½ cup
4. Ground beef - 1 ½ pounds
5. Crushed unsalted saltine crackers - ¾ cup
6. Eggs - 2
7. Onion, chopped - ¾ medium
8. Garlic, minced, or more to taste - 3 cloves
9. Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons
10. Salt and pepper to taste - 2 tablespoons
11. Worcestershire sauce - 2 tablespoons
12. Bacon - 6 slices

How to cook deliciously - Bacon and Brown Sugar Meatloaf

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a loaf pan with cooking spray.

2. Stage

Spread ketchup over the bottom of the loaf pan; spread brown sugar over the ketchup.

3. Stage

Combine ground beef, crackers, eggs, onion, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Form mixture into a loaf and place in the prepared pan. Lay bacon strips on top in a lattice or other pattern.

4. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until juices run clear and bacon is cooked, about 1 hour.
