1. White sugar - ½ cup
2. Packed brown sugar - ½ cup
3. Sea salt - ⅓ cup
4. New Mexico red chile powder - 3 tablespoons
5. Garlic powder - 2 tablespoons
6. Onion Powder - 2 tablespoons
7. Hungarian paprika - 2 tablespoons
8. Ancho chile powder - 2 tablespoons
9. Ground black pepper - 2 tablespoons
10. Dried thyme, or more to taste - 1 tablespoon
11. Ground cumin, or more to taste - 1 tablespoon
12. Dried rosemary - 1 tablespoon
13. Ground nutmeg, or more to taste - 1 tablespoon
14. Ground allspice - 1 tablespoon
15. Cayenne pepper, or more to taste - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - CCRyder's Smoker Rib Rub

1. Stage

Mix white sugar, brown sugar, sea salt, red chile powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, ancho chile powder, black pepper, thyme, cumin, rosemary, nutmeg, allspice, and cayenne pepper together in a bowl.

2. Stage

Rub generously onto ribs or meat of your choice. Cover and refrigerate meat 8 hours to overnight before smoking.
