Ingredients for - Fabulous Olive Salsa by James

1. Green olives (such as Italica®) - 1 ½ (5 ounce) jars
2. Pitted black olives, or more to taste - 1 (6 ounce) can
3. Chopped green chilies - 1 (4 ounce) can
4. White onion, cut into large chunks - 1 large
5. Tomatoes, cored - 2
6. Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
7. Red wine vinegar - 1 ½ tablespoons
8. Garlic, peeled - 4 cloves
9. Hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®), or to taste - 3 drops

1. Stage

Drain green and black olives and green chiles in a colander. Chop white onion in a food processor, pulsing several times. Add green and black olives, green chiles, tomatoes, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, and hot sauce to the processor. Pulse several more times to mix; process until chunky, 20 to 30 seconds.
