2. Sunflower seeds ½ cup
3. Slivered almonds ½ cup

6. Vegetable oil ½ cup
7. Red wine vinegar ¼ cup
8. Soy sauce 3 tablespoons
9. Bok choy, chopped 1 head
10. Sweet onion, chopped ½

1 . Stage
