Cooking
1 . Stage
First we prepare the sourdough. To do this, you need to mix all the ingredients, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 20 minutes, until a puffy cap forms.

Add salt, oil and boiled rice to the sourdough according to the instructions on the package, and mix. Then gradually add the sifted flour.

Knead into a soft and elastic dough. Place in a clean bowl, cover with a towel and leave for 1-1.5 hours. The dough should double in volume.
