Ingredients for - Grilled Tuna Teriyaki

1. Light soy sauce 2 tablespoons
2. Chinese rice wine 1 tablespoon
3. Minced fresh ginger root 1 tablespoon
4. Garlic, minced 1 large clove
5. Tuna steaks (about 3/4 inch thick) 4 (6 ounce)
6. Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Tuna Teriyaki

1 . Stage

Stir soy sauce, rice wine, ginger, and garlic together in a shallow dish. Place tuna in the marinade, and turn to coat. Cover dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

2 . Stage

Preheat grill for medium-high heat.

3 . Stage

Remove tuna from marinade and discard remaining liquid. Brush both sides of steaks with oil.

4 . Stage

Cook tuna on the preheated grill until cooked through, 3 to 6 minutes per side.
