How to cook deliciously - Chicken hearts with couscous
1. Stage
Finely chop the garlic, ginger and chili peppers. The amount depends on your love of spicy. Cut the white part of the leek into rings.
2. Stage
Cut the hearts on the sharpened side, wash and boil in boiling, salted water for 10 minutes with pepper and bay leaves.

While the hearts are boiling, pour sunflower oil into a frying pan and fry garlic, ginger and pepper in it.

Add leeks. Braise for about 5 minutes.

Transfer the hearts from the pot to the pan. If there's a little broth, that's okay. The couscous will absorb it. Add sesame oil, salt, pepper. Stir everything. Braise for another three minutes. Just to make sure all the ingredients are well heated.
