3. Finely chopped red onion - ¼ cup
4. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
5. Snipped fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon
6. Chopped fresh oregano - 1 tablespoon
7. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
8. Red or white wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
9. Crumbled feta cheese - 4 ounces

1. Stage
