Ingredients for - Cool Cucumber Salad

1. Cucumbers, peeled and diced - 4 medium
2. Vanilla low-fat yogurt - 1 (8 ounce) container
3. Reduced-fat sour cream - 1 (8 ounce) container
4. Diced onion - ½ cup
5. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
6. Dried dill weed - 1 tablespoon
7. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Cool Cucumber Salad

1. Stage

Drain cucumbers for a few minutes on paper towels. In a serving dish, stir together the yogurt, sour cream, onion, garlic, and dill. Add cucumbers, and gently mix to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving for best flavor.
