Ingredients for - Hillshire Farm Lit'l Smokies and Brie Fondue

1. Hillshire Farm Lit'l Smokies® Smoked Sausage, divided 1 (14 ounce) package
2. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
3. Garlic, minced 1 clove
4. White wine (sweet like Riesling) ½ cup
5. Whole milk 2 cups
6. Brie cheese, rind removed and cheese diced 1 (8 ounce) wheel
7. Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 4 ounces
8. All-purpose flour ¼ cup
9. Dash of salt and pepper ¼ cup
10. Nutmeg ¼ teaspoon
11. Apples, cored and thinly sliced 2
12. French baguette, sliced 1/4 inch thick and toasted 1 small
13. Honey for drizzling 1 small

How to cook deliciously - Hillshire Farm Lit'l Smokies and Brie Fondue

1 . Stage

Chop 8 Lit'l Smokies smoked sausages and reserve the rest. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, heat chopped smoked sausages in olive oil with garlic until just browned.

2 . Stage

Add white wine and milk. In a separate bowl, toss the brie and Cheddar cheeses with flour, thoroughly coat. Slowly whisk cheese mixture into the saucepan. Continue to whisk until smooth and thick, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

3 . Stage

Saute the remaining smoked sausages in a skillet until browned. Serve warm fondue with Lit'l Smokies smoked sausages, apple slices and toasted baguette. Drizzle fondue and apples with honey.
