1. All-purpose flour for coating - ¼ cup

4. Dried oregano - ½ teaspoon
5. Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pounded 1/4 inch thick - 4 medium
6. Butter - 4 tablespoons
7. Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
8. Sliced mushrooms - 1 cup
9. Marsala Wine - ½ cup
10. Cooking sherry - ¼ cup
