4. Roma (plum) tomatoes, seeded and chopped - 3
5. Green bell pepper, chopped - ½
6. Salsa - ½ cup
7. Chopped fresh cilantro - ⅓ cup
8. Lime juice - ¼ cup
9. Jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (Optional) - 1
10. Salt - 1 teaspoon
11. Garlic powder - ½ teaspoon
12. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
13. Ground cumin - ¼ teaspoon
14. Onion Powder - ¼ teaspoon
