6. Potatoes, peeled and diced - 4
7. Red wine, or more to taste - 1 ½ cups
8. Baby carrots - 1 (12 ounce) package
9. Thick-cut bacon, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch strips - 6 slices
10. Celery, diced - 3 stalks
11. Onion, diced - 1
12. Minced garlic - 1 tablespoon
13. Seasoning salt (such as Johnny's®) - 1 tablespoon
14. Bay leaves - 2

1. Stage

Spray a slow cooker with cooking spray and place meat inside.
