1. All-purpose baking mix (such as Bisquick®) 2 ¼ cups
2. Water ½ cup
3. Slivered almonds ¼ cup
4. Turbinado (raw) sugar 2 tablespoons
5. Ground cinnamon 1 tablespoon
6. Peach Filling: 1 tablespoon
7. Turbinado (raw) sugar ½ cup
8. Golden raisins ⅓ cup
9. Ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon
10. Ground allspice ½ teaspoon
11. Ground nutmeg ¼ teaspoon
12. Black pepper ⅛ teaspoon
13. Salt 1 pinch
14. Frozen peach slices, thawed 5 ½ cups

How to cook deliciously - Vegan Peach Cobbler

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Prepare topping: Stir baking mix and water together in a bowl until thoroughly combined; do not overwork. Mix almonds, raw sugar, and cinnamon together in a separate bowl. Set both aside.

Prepare filling: Combine raw sugar, raisins, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, pepper, and salt in large bowl. Add thawed peach slices and toss to coat.

4 . Stage

Transfer peach mixture to an 8-inch square glass baking dish. Top with cobbler topping, using your fingers to press it out evenly. Sprinkle sugared almonds over top.

5 . Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until cobbler top is firm and lightly golden and peaches are bubbly and hot, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot.
