1. All-purpose baking mix (such as Bisquick®) - 2 ¼ cups
2. Water - ½ cup
3. Slivered almonds - ¼ cup
4. Turbinado (raw) sugar - 2 tablespoons
5. Ground cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
6. Peach Filling: - 1 tablespoon
7. Turbinado (raw) sugar - ½ cup
8. Golden raisins - ⅓ cup
9. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
10. Ground allspice - ½ teaspoon
11. Ground nutmeg - ¼ teaspoon
12. Black pepper - ⅛ teaspoon
13. Salt - 1 pinch
14. Frozen peach slices, thawed - 5 ½ cups

How to cook deliciously - Vegan Peach Cobbler

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Prepare topping: Stir baking mix and water together in a bowl until thoroughly combined; do not overwork. Mix almonds, raw sugar, and cinnamon together in a separate bowl. Set both aside.

Prepare filling: Combine raw sugar, raisins, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, pepper, and salt in large bowl. Add thawed peach slices and toss to coat.

4. Stage

Transfer peach mixture to an 8-inch square glass baking dish. Top with cobbler topping, using your fingers to press it out evenly. Sprinkle sugared almonds over top.

Bake in the preheated oven until cobbler top is firm and lightly golden and peaches are bubbly and hot, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot.
