1. Filet mignon steaks - 2 (4 ounce)
2. Ground black pepper, or to taste - ½ teaspoon
3. Salt to taste - ½ teaspoon
4. Balsamic Vinegar - ¼ cup
5. Dry red wine - ¼ cup
