1. Ground beef 1 pound
2. Onion, chopped ¼ cup
3. Frozen mixed vegetables 1 (16 ounce) package
4. Diced tomatoes, drained 1 (14.5 ounce) can
5. Italian diced tomatoes, drained 1 (14.5 ounce) can
6. Potatoes, peeled and chopped 2
7. Sliced fresh or frozen okra 1 cup
8. Ketchup 1 tablespoon
9. Salt and pepper to taste 1 tablespoon
10. Water, or as needed 2 cups

1 . Stage

In a skillet over medium heat, cook and stir ground beef and onion until beef is evenly browned and onion is tender. Drain grease.

2 . Stage

Transfer beef-onion mixture to a slow cooker. Stir in frozen vegetables, diced tomatoes, Italian diced tomatoes, potatoes, okra, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Pour in enough water to cover.

Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours.
