1. Shredded Cheddar cheese blend - 1 ½ cups
2. Condensed cream of chicken soup - 2 (10.5 ounce) cans
3. Sour cream - 2 cups
4. Melted butter - ½ cup
5. Onion, chopped - ½ cup
6. Shredded hash brown potatoes - 1 (32 ounce) package
7. Coarsely crushed corn flakes - 3 cups
8. Melted butter - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Funeral Potatoes (Hash Brown Casserole)

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Combine Cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1/2 cup melted butter, and onions in a large bowl. Gently fold in hash browns and spread out in the prepared baking dish. Cover evenly with crushed corn flakes and drizzle with 2 tablespoons melted butter.
