Ingredients for - Three-Cheese Mashed Potatoes

1. 5 lb. white potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
2. 6 tbsp. unsalted butter
3. 1 (8 oz.) package whipped cream cheese
4. 2 c. white cheddar cheese, shredded
5. 1 c. Parmesan cheese
6. 8 oz. sour cream
7. 1 tsp. garlic salt
8. Salt and pepper to taste
9. Milk (for consistency)

How to cook deliciously - Three-Cheese Mashed Potatoes

1 . Stage

In a saucepan, place potatoes and add enough water to cover. Heat to boiling. Cook uncovered 15 to 20 min or until tender; drain. Mash potatoes.

2 . Stage

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese by hand or with a hand mixer on low speed until smooth. Mix in sour cream garlic salt, salt and pepper.

3 . Stage

Stir cheese mixture into mashed potatoes until well blended. If potatoes are too still, stir in milk, 1 tbsp. at a time until desired consistency.
