Ingredients for - Cherry Tomato Salad

1. Cherry tomatoes, halved - 40
2. Pitted and sliced green olives - 1 cup
3. Black olives, drained and sliced - 1 (6 ounce) can
4. Green onions, minced - 2
5. Pine nuts - 3 ounces
6. Olive oil - ½ cup
7. Red wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons
8. White sugar - 1 tablespoon
9. Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
10. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Cherry Tomato Salad

1. Stage

In a big bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, green olives, back olives, and spring onion.

2. Stage

In a dry skillet, toast pine nuts over medium heat until golden brown, turning frequently. Stir into tomato mixture.

3. Stage

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, red wine vinegar, sugar, and oregano. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over salad, and gently stir to coat. Chill for 1 hour.
