1. Vegan mayonnaise (such as Follow Your Heart® Vegenaise®) - ¼ cup
2. Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
3. Dill pickle relish - 2 teaspoons
4. White sugar - 1 ½ teaspoons
5. Onion Powder - 1 teaspoon
6. Dill Dried - ½ teaspoon
7. Black salt (kala namak), or more to taste - ½ teaspoon
8. Garlic powder - ½ teaspoon
9. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
10. Ground paprika - 1 pinch
11. Extra-firm tofu, cut into small cubes - 1 (14 ounce) package
