1. Fingerling potatoes, halved lengthwise - 12 ounces
2. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
3. Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
4. Paprika - ¼ teaspoon
5. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ¼ teaspoon
6. Reduced-fat sour cream - ⅓ cup
7. Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
8. Finely grated Parmesan cheese - 2 tablespoons
9. Ranch dressing mix (such as Hidden Valley Ranch®) - 1 ½ tablespoons
10. White vinegar - 1 tablespoon
11. Chopped fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Air Fryer Fingerling Potatoes with Dip

1. Stage

Preheat an air fryer to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 5 minutes.

2. Stage

Place potatoes in a bowl and add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until potatoes are coated and transfer to the air fryer basket.

Cook in the preheated air fryer, shaking the basket halfway through, until potatoes are cooked through and crispy, 15 to 17 minutes.

While potatoes are cooking, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, ranch dressing mix, and vinegar in a small bowl.
