7. Garlic powder, divided - 1 teaspoon
8. Shredded rotisserie chicken - 5 cups
9. Chopped fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon
10. Buttery round crackers (such as Ritz), crushed - 30
11. Unsalted butter, melted - 4 tablespoons
12. Shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 cup
13. Sliced scallions, or to taste - 1 teaspoon
